Akash Datta is Managing Director (South Asia) at HVS Anarock, where he oversees the firm’s hospitality consulting and transaction advisory practice across the region. His mandate spans hotel transactions, investment advisory, operator search and contract negotiations, market and feasibility studies, strategic planning, valuations and financial forecasting. With over 16 years of hospitality consulting experience, Akash has advised hotel owners, developers, investors and leading international hotel companies on complex development, operating and transaction-related mandates. He began his consulting career with HVS in 2005 and holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management, specialising in Real Estate Finance, from IMHI ESSEC, Paris.
