Anuj Puri is the Chairman, Whole-time Director and Individual Promoter of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK, a fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of UK and member, Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors. He is also a member of Confederation of Indian Industry (“CII”) and co-chair CII’s Sub-committee of infra & real estate western region for 2026-27, member of FICCI urban expert committee 2026-27, member of sub-committee of central advisory council under Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs for the calendar years 2024, 2025, 2026. He is also a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He has received the ‘Iconic Leader of Indian Realty’ award at the Realty+ India Brand Leadership Conclave & Awards, 2025 for corporate excellence in the real estate sector; ‘Scroll of Honour’ by Realty+ (powered by Kajaria); ‘Hall of Fame’ recognition at AFC Commercial Design Awards (powered by Blue Star). He has previously served as Chairman and Country Head of Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Private Limited, Managing Director of Trammell Crow Meghraj Private Limited and Managing Director of Chesterton Meghraj Property Consultants Private Limited. Anuj has 30+ years of experience in Indian and global real estate markets. He is responsible for shaping and driving our Company’s strategic direction, expansion strategy and growth.

Rohin Raja Shah is an Individual Promoter and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since incorporation. He holds a bachelor of science degree in land management (valuation specialisation) from the University of Reading and a master of science degree in property investment from City University, London. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a director of Marylebone Asset Management Limited, UK. Rohin has 40 years of experience in the real estate sector and provides strategic guidance to our Company at the Board level. He contributes to key decisions relating to our business direction and advises on the development and expansion of our Technology Solutions businesses, as well as the evaluation of new growth opportunities.

Sameer Dileep Nath is a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 23, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts, majoring in political science, from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.  He has over 25 years of experience across private market investing, M&A, capital markets, entrepreneurship and management. He has been Chief Investment Officer and Head - Venture Capital & Private Equity at 360 ONE Alternate Assets Management Limited since April, 2023 overseeing an AUM of more than USD 3 Billion across a portfolio of 100+ companies Prior to joining 360 One, he served as an investment banker for 15 years at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. across New York, Mumbai and Singapore and as managing partner and co-founder at Iron Pillar and TrueScale Capital for 7 years.

Michael D Holland is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 8, 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science having followed an approved Programme in building surveying from the Thames Polytechnic, a master’s degree in property development (project management) from the South Bank University, London, and was a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has approximately 21 years of experience in commercial real estate sector in Asia and Europe. He has previously worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited (i.e., the manager of the Embassy Office Parks Real Estate Investment Trust) and as the Chief Executive Officer of Assetz Property Management Services Private Limited.  He founded the JLW India/Jones Lang LaSalle India business and has served as its Country Manager and Managing Director from 1998 to 2002. He is currently Managing Director of AGP Group, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Assetz Limited and Independent Director on the board of directors of Samhi Hotels Limited, Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited and Horizon Industrial Parks Limited.

Janhavi Rajeev Apte Kothari is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since September 8, 2026. She holds a bachelor of arts  degree  from the Ohio State University, Columbus, USA and a master of arts (sociology) degree from the University of Bombay. She is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India. She was previously associated with Trammell Crow Meghraj (formerly known as Chesterton Meghraj Property Consultants Private Limited), Mid-Day Publications Limited, M C Media Limited, Radio Mid-Day West (India) Limited, Saffron Asset Advisors, Laxmi Vishnu Textile Mills Limited and with MZM Legal LLP. She has been serving as a member of the management committee of The Victoria Memorial School for the Blind Trust, Mumbai since May 2017. She has over 30 years of experience in various sectors.

Subramanian Sriniwasan is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since September 25, 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, and a post-graduate diploma in business administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has 33 years of experience in investment banking and alternate asset management and has been associated with the Kotak Mahindra group since 1993. He is the Managing Director of Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Limited.  He is also a member of the group management council that drives Kotak Mahindra group’s growth charter. Prior to heading Kotak Alts, he was co-head of Kotak investment banking from 1995 to 2005.
