Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for maximizing ANAROCK’s sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for.

Relevant Experience

8 years to 12 years (Residential real estate is a must)


Graduate in any stream (Mandatory) , MBA – Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire site and staff (Sales) allocated at the site.
  • Actively liaise with the marketing team (Online & Offline Marketing) to design the marketing strategy and contribute towards it.
  • Managing & driving channel partner team to add more channel partners in their network.
  • Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy.
  • Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory.
  • Ensure timely billing of all sale transactions and accurate collection.
  • Train and evaluate the performance of the team (10 to 15 employees).
  • Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates.
